However, step through the back door and you are met with the beautiful and wild Somerset Levels. From the first floor kitchen, they have stunning views over fields, rhynes, distant hills and wild deer. Come sunset the whole house is filled with warm evening light.

Owned by a busy family of 4 this kitchen needed to be practical and functional as well as beautiful. Keeping the kitchen full of natural light was important to the artist owner who often works from the kitchen table. The worksurfaces in Corian™ give a clean modern look (as well as being a practical choice) sit on top of bespoke cabinets, hand sprayed in Farrow and Ball™ Plummet. The beautiful artisan brass wear gives a nod to the handcrafted nature of the kitchen.
